Program description. AcciDoc, a DBA of Axon Medical Group PC, sends transactional SMS messages for identity verification to users who call into our phone line. Messages may contain a one-time verification code or a secure identity verification link. These messages are not used for marketing, promotional offers, sales, or general customer support.
How you opt in. When you call our business number at (218) 307-9819, our representative will explain the need to verify your identity and request your verbal consent to send an SMS verification message to the phone number you provide or call from.
Message frequency. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Supported carriers. Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
