3. SMS Messaging Program & Identity Verification

AcciDoc operates an SMS program used exclusively to send transactional identity verification messages to users who call into our business phone line. Messages may contain a one-time verification code or a secure identity verification link. These messages are not used for marketing, promotional offers, sales, or general customer support.

How to Opt In (Mobile Opt-In Path)

Opt-in is collected verbally during an inbound call to our business line at (218) 307-9819. After you call in and request service, our representative will:

  1. Explain that we need to verify your identity by sending an SMS message to your mobile phone.
  2. Read the following disclosure: "By saying yes, you agree to receive an SMS identity verification message from AcciDoc at the mobile number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. See our Privacy Policy at accidoc.com/privacy."
  3. Ask for your verbal consent and the mobile number where the verification message should be sent.
  4. Log your verbal opt-in (date, time, number, and consent language) before any SMS is sent.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving medical services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You will typically receive one (1) verification message per inbound call that requires identity verification.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details. AcciDoc does not charge for SMS messages.

HELP Instructions

Reply HELP to any message to receive support information. You may also contact us at support@accidoc.com or call (218) 307-9819 for assistance.

STOP Instructions (Opt-Out)

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT to any message to opt out of the SMS program at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. Reply START or YES to resubscribe.

Privacy & SMS Program Privacy Policy

Mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in consent data, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Supported Carriers

Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Coordinate with attorneys you authorize us to work with.
